Online registration is now closed. If you would still like to register please register on site at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from 1700-2000 on Tuesday 27 September, or from 0700-0900 on Wednesday 28 September.

Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone or without completing the required paper work.

Note a Closing Sundowner will be held on Friday afternoon and early evening. Visiting attendees can proceed from the function to the airport to catch the late flights home.

Conference Field Trips

Four field trips will be conducted to visit local examples of coastal, port and estuarine engineering issues on Thursday 29 September from 1230 – 1700.

Pre Conference Short Course & Workshop

Two Pre-Conference Short Course & Workshop are available before the conference, more details on the course & workshop here.

You do not have to attend the Conference to attend the Short Course & Workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, EECW Pty Ltd. Cancellations and "No Shows" that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation.

  1. A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on those received before 1 July 2011.
  2. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 1 July 2011 and 12 August 2011.
  3. No refund will be made after 12 August 2011.
  4. All eligible refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.

Payment Policy

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the Conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and EECW Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
